1. Contract of Sale

By placing an order and completing payment, the customer enters into a binding contract with Impact Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (the Company). These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and supersede any prior discussions, representations, or customer issued purchase orders unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

Any variation to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing by the Company.

2. Payment & Cash Flow

100% Upfront Payment

Snappy Ink operates on a prepaid basis. No production, design work, or material allocation will commence until payment has been received in full.

Chargeback Acknowledgement

The customer acknowledges that custom manufactured goods produced in accordance with supplied or approved artwork constitute value received. The customer agrees not to dispute or seek reversal of payment on this basis alone.

3. Artwork & Proofing

Print From File Service

Snappy Ink is a print from file service. Files are printed exactly as supplied unless a proof is expressly requested.

Proof Waiver

If the customer does not request a digital proof in writing, the customer authorises the Company to proceed directly to print using the supplied file. In this case, the customer accepts the final product as produced.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, including spelling, grammar, layout, resolution, sizing, and bleed. The Company is not liable for errors inherent in customer supplied files.

Colour Variation

The customer acknowledges that on screen colours displayed in RGB may vary from printed CMYK output. Minor colour variation does not constitute a defect and does not entitle the customer to a reprint or refund.

4. Limited UV Warranty (Orafol 3651GRA and 213M)

The Company warrants that ink printed using Orafol 3651GRA vinyl in combination with Orafol 213M laminate will not undergo significant UV fading for:

  • Five (5) years for vertical exposure
  • Two point five (2.5) years for horizontal exposure

This warranty applies to ink integrity only and does not cover:

  • Adhesion failure caused by poor surface preparation
  • Physical damage, abrasion, stone chips, or high pressure washing
  • Application to complex curves or low energy plastics

This warranty is provided in addition to the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Replacement or Refund Only

The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price of those goods.

No Consequential Loss

The Company is not liable for any consequential or indirect loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, vehicle downtime, or third party labour costs relating to removal or re installation.

Substrate Damage

The Company is not liable for damage to vehicle paint, glass, or other surfaces arising from application or removal of products by the customer or any third party.

6. Shipping & Risk

Delivery & Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

Transit Issues

The Company is not responsible for courier delays. Where goods are damaged or lost in transit, the customer must pursue any claim directly with the carrier.

7. Custom Goods, Cancellations & Refunds

Custom Manufacturing

All products are custom manufactured. Refunds are not available for change of mind or customer side errors. This does not affect the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled after administrative processing but before printing commences, a cancellation fee of $50 plus GST applies. Once printing has commenced, cancellation is not possible.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
